Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support middleware solutions on CloudHub (MuleSoft Anypoint Platform) and on-premise OpenShift environments. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality API and integration solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and managing APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and CloudHub
- 3+ years of strong programming skills in Java, including object-oriented design and performance optimization
- 3+ years of experience building microservices using Spring Boot, including REST APIs and dependency injection
- 3+ years of familiarity with Apache Camel for routing, mediation, and enterprise integration patterns
- 3+ years of experience with API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design principles
Key Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Anypoint Studio for building, debugging, and testing Mule applications
- Solid experience with DataWeave for complex data transformation (JSON, XML, CSV)
- Experience integrating front-end UI with constructed APIs
- Familiarity with AI coding tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and automation
- Knowledge and experience with OpenShift on-premise environments
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical cross-divisional staff and professional services to deliver and sustain API development and integration solutions throughout the full lifecycle; report progress to management, stakeholders, and team members
- Determine requirements, analyze and recommend feasible options, and design, build, test, and implement enterprise information structures and applications to meet business objectives and deliver scalable solutions
- Apply technical expertise to recommend, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, and standards consistent with applicable legislation, ensuring enterprise information and application integrity
- Ensure security, privacy, and quality assurance requirements are implemented in alignment with MFIPPA and related legislation, maintaining the integrity of complex enterprise systems
- Develop and apply complex business and application models, information structures, data models, data schemas, technical program code, and network and security interfaces governed by architectural frameworks and technology standards
