Company Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our team. If you have experience operating loaders for snow removal and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, graders, and other machinery as required.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Read and understand site plans and instructions.
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, backfilling, and material handling.
- Report equipment defects or mechanical issues promptly.
- Work effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
- Valid driver's licence (Class 5 required; Class 1 or 3 is an asset).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety and safe work practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

- Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (preferred)
