The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by bringing in new clients and establishing long-term business relationships. You will leverage your knowledge of the recruitment industry and your networking skills to identify and engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Wise Work Consulting’s recruitment services to executives and decision-makers at potential client organizations.
- Identify and target companies within relevant verticals to establish new business relationships.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate active job orders and foster client relationships.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts by delivering top-quality recruitment services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly account closure targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Build and manage a steady pipeline of prospects and clients to drive revenue.
- Understand job orders clearly, including technical and experience requirements, to effectively match candidates with client needs.
- Attend industry networking events to expand your professional network and establish business relationships.
- Develop creative strategies to overcome business development challenges and drive client engagement.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to enhance business development efforts and build relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, with a proven network of contacts.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or a sales-related role.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to develop and close business exceeding $1 million annually.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and persistent with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional service.
