This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Provide product knowledge and support on tires and related services
- Process orders, invoices, and returns accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (automotive/tire industry experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
