About the Role
Join Definity's Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Campus Recruitment (12-Month Contract) and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and developing top emerging talent.
In this role, you will lead full-cycle campus recruitment while managing key early talent programs, stakeholder relationships, and recruitment initiatives. You will partner closely with business leaders, academic institutions, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional student experience and drive continuous improvement across our campus recruitment strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
Campus Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for co-op, internship, and entry-level opportunities across the organization
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Facilitate interviews, extend offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Manage recruitment activity and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Program Management & Stakeholder Partnerships
- Lead the planning and execution of campus recruitment programs and annual hiring cycles
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, academic partners, and student groups
- Facilitate monthly co-op huddles and engagement sessions to foster connection, development, and knowledge sharing across the student community
- Coordinate student engagement initiatives, including volunteer opportunities, networking events, and social activities
- Support co-op onboarding, performance management, and student development programs
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide guidance on campus hiring best practices
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and internal partners

Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and support projects that enhance campus recruitment programs and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, stakeholder experience, and candidate outcomes
- Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to inform decisions and program enhancements
Support employer branding initiatives, campus events, career fairs, and recruitment marketing activities

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, Early Talent Programs, or Human Resources
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and partnering with business leaders
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives and driving process improvements
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with recruitment metrics and reporting
Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field

Salary Range : $51,300 - $94,400
