We are currently looking for a lawyer to join and grow our established Ligitation group.
The successful candidate will:
· Possess 3+ years’ relevant experience from a reputable Canadian law firm;
· Be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
· Have a strong business acumen and interpersonal skills;
· Be comfortable in assisting on a broad range of litigation matters including commercial disputes, construction claims and mortgage enforcement;
· Be experienced with legal research and able to draft pleadings under direction; and
· Work with clients directly and with or without direction.
