Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management software, and a comprehensive understanding of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
- Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing tools like Construction estimating software.
- Manage project timelines effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage subcontractor relationships using tools like ProCore and Civil 3D.
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial targets.
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates, and resolve issues promptly with stakeholders.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration across teams.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in construction management software including Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Schematics interpretation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control measures.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on time management and organizational efficiency.
- Construction experience is essential; prior experience managing large-scale projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective communication skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management or civil engineering are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
