Framer / Skilled Labourer – Residential Construction

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Framer / Skilled Labourer with a minimum of 3 years of framing experience. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can contribute across multiple stages of residential construction—from foundations to framing and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with and complete foundation work and flatwork prep
- Perform residential framing (walls, floors, roofs)
- Support general construction tasks as needed
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete dump runs and material pickups
- Operate a truck and trailer safely
Bonus Skills (Assets, Not Required):
- Hardie siding & Smart Trim installation
- Door installation
- Vinyl plank flooring
- Baseboard and casing (finish carpentry)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of framing experience
- Strong work ethic — shows up every day and gets the job done
- Positive attitude and easy to work with
- Able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Willing to do all aspects of the job (not just framing)
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to drive a truck and trailer
