Job Description
Comfy Care Haven is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Dietary Aides to support long-term care facilities in Orillia and Beeton, ON.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in healthcare and providing quality meal service to residents while maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages to residents
- Follow food safety and infection prevention protocols
- Work collaboratively with dietary and healthcare teams
- Ensure residents receive meals according to dietary requirements
Requirements (Applicants must have):
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
- Current CPR certification (issued within the last 12 months)
- Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) issued within the last 6 months
- TB Proof issued within the last 6 months
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination/status (if required by facility)
- Canadian similar work experience
Availability:
Candidates must be available for training from June 22–26 and have flexible availability beginning in July.
