Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and building restoration. You will oversee projects from initial assessment to final completion, coordinate trades, manage budgets, and ensure high‑quality results for our clients and partners.
Duties
- Manage multiple restoration and construction projects simultaneously
- Conduct site assessments and develop project scopes
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and insurance partners
- Prepare and review estimates, change orders, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve site issues quickly and professionally
Skills
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and restoration processes
- Experience with insurance restoration (water, fire, mould) is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Certifications such as IICRC, PMP, WHMIS, or Working at Heights are an asset
This position is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects through expert planning, coordination, and management. Candidates should be detail-oriented leaders with a passion for advancing construction excellence through innovative solutions and effective team collaboration.
Pay: $59,800.44-$70,000.00 per year
