About the Role
It’s an exciting time to join the Score Group team based at our facility in Paradise, Newfoundland, Canada. Reporting to the Sales and Contracts Manager, the Client Focal Point is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of commercial, production and logistical aspects, and valves packages being supplied to our Clients.
The position will be responsible for a range of multi-skilled tasks including but not limited to: forward-facing Client interaction relating to project progression, Vendor Data Requirements Lists (VDRLs) completion and purchase order management.
The incumbent will comply with legislative requirements while carrying out their assigned duties and all work shall be carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions. They shall provide technical support to the internal Sales and Production teams, and to other divisions within the Score Group of companies.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop Project VDRLs pertaining to Project Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Quality Assurance, Operations, Commissioning, HSE and Logistics.
- Prepare supplier purchase order (PO) requisitions to send to Administration.
- Draft and maintain a detailed production schedule in conjunction with the project team to be internally tracked and final for Client submittal.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm understanding and fulfilment of technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Score’s Commercial & Documentation Administration personnel to fulfil necessary project deliverables, (i.e., Supplier Document Registers and Change Order Requests, POs).
- Interface on a routine basis with the Client and suppliers to ensure timeline commitments and specifications are appropriately adhered to, depends on time of project and client-specific requests-as per client needs and requests.
- Responsible for general housekeeping within the projects department and surrounding areas.
- Proactively participate and encourage others to participate in company HSEQ initiatives.
- Work within the company’s policies, procedures, operating standards, and work instructions.
- Assist with the training of Graduate/Trainee Engineers to the highest possible level.
- Attend internal and external training courses on relevant disciplines (as required).
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering Degree or diploma from college or university and/or have a demonstrated track record of serving in an engineering or projects environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience required.

- Working knowledge of business processes and functions (i.e., client service satisfaction, operations, procurement, purchase ordering systems, etc.).

Working Conditions
- Work in indoor office environment 90% of the time.
- Workshop environment 10% of the time.
