Shaye Lily Jewelry is looking for a friendly, outgoing and detail-oriented Part-Time retail technician to join our team in our gorgeous Victoria location! We provide unique experiences for our customers who come to our studio and design their own personalized jewelry. Our team supports our customers in bringing their vision to life, assembles each piece on-site, and ensures a fun, seamless, and personalized experience from start to finish
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble jewelry and attach charms with care and precision
- Help customers customise their final pieces and elevate their Shayelily Jewelry experience
- Deliver thoughtful, friendly customer service in our retail studio
- Support daily studio and retail operations
- Work closely with a small, supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Great attention to detail and excellent time management with ability to work efficiently
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
- Retail, customer service, or jewelry experience is an asset (but not required)
