If you’re already a lead hand, you know the drill: you run the site, keep the crew on schedule, catch the mistakes before they cost anyone money — and somehow you’re still treated like just another guy on the ladder. Wrong truck, wrong material half the time, no backup from the office, and a paycheque that hasn’t moved in two years.
That’s not how we run things.
Performance Exteriors is a tight-knit, family-run crew doing premium exterior renovations across Simcoe County, Muskoka, and Georgian Bay — the kind of cottage-country homes where the homeowner expects it done right the first time, and pays accordingly. We’re not the cheapest quote in town, and we don’t want to be. That means better material, realistic timelines, and jobs you can actually be proud to drive past.
What the role looks like
- Run the day-to-day on residential siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installs
- Lead a small crew — assign tasks, hold the quality line, keep the job moving
- Be the person on-site homeowners and our office trust to get it right
- Work jobs that are properly quoted and properly scheduled — no scrambling because sales overpromised
What you bring
- 3+ years hands-on siding/eavestrough installation experience, with real time spent leading a crew
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Your own hand tools and a valid G license
- An eye for clean lines and zero tolerance for “good enough”
- Someone who takes ownership like it’s your own business — because we’ll treat you like it is

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
