Podcast Producer / Manager (Part-Time - lead to Full Time)
I'm looking for an organized, creative Podcast Producer to help launch and manage my new podcast.
Responsibilities:
- Manage podcast setup and launch
- Upload and schedule episodes
- Edit audio and video recordings
- Create episode graphics and thumbnails
- Write show notes and episode descriptions
- Publish to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create short-form clips for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Coordinate guest scheduling and communications
- Help develop systems and workflows for long-term growth
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience producing podcasts
- Familiar with Riverside, Spotify for Creators, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and social media content creation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with personal brand, author, speaker, or influencer podcasts is an asset
Location:
Calgary preferred, but open to remote candidates.
Hours:
Part-time, flexible. Potential for ongoing work.
