Project Administrator - Permanent - 19294

Support project managers with day-to-day administration on active construction projects
Prepare, track, and maintain contracts, change orders, subcontractor files, RFIs, and project close-out documentation
Track project budgets, schedules, and invoicing alongside the project management team
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to keep documentation moving at the pace of the build
Assist with meeting minutes, correspondence, and general project reporting
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
1-3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a related support role, ideally in construction or a technical/trades environment
Owns documentation and deadlines without needing to be chased
Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning project management software such as Procore
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Based in, or open to relocating to, Kelowna, Calgary, or Edmonton
About the Job
This is a permanent, full-time position based out of Kelowna, Calgary, or Edmonton.
