Position Overview
As an HVAC Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning air duct systems, dryer vents, and assisting with kitchen exhaust cleaning. This is a hands-on, physically active role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism when working in client homes and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning
- Assist with kitchen exhaust system cleaning (restaurants)
- Set up and operate equipment (negative air machines, compressors, vacuums)
- Follow company SOPs and safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Complete job reports and document work (photos, notes)
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and company vehicles
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for technicians)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, ladders, confined spaces)
- Comfortable working in residential homes and commercial settings
- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or construction
- Experience using tools and mechanical equipment
- Experience working in service-based roles
Work Conditions
- Full-time / Part-time available
- Day shifts (residential work)
- Occasional evening/night shifts (kitchen exhaust cleaning)
- Work across Lower Mainland (travel required)

This position is for either part-time (8-32 hours per week) and full time (32-40 hours a per week) and must be available on weekends. Hourly pay starting between $18-$25 per hour plus tips.
