Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Transport employees, visitors, and equipment promptly and courteously from the facility or designated areas
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and report any maintenance needs promptly
- Communicate clearly with passengers, providing directions or information as needed to enhance their experience
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure
- Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and passengers
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and respond to passenger inquiries
- Prior experience in driving or shuttle services is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
