About the project
The Project Manager will lead the planning and delivery of the BuySmart initiative, ensuring coordination across all workstreams (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, IT, Communications). The role will also be responsible for change management to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption aligned with deployment milestones. This is a delivery- and execution-focused role based on timelines, rather than long-term program management.

Main responsibilities
Hybrid (a percentage of time may be split between on-site and remote work)
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of network and security infrastructure initiatives, including data center network refresh (Cisco Nexus), as well as wireless controller and firewall migration projects.
This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensuring successful delivery within schedule and budget while minimizing operational risk.
Project governance to deliver complex infrastructure changes with minimal operational risk.
- Develop and manage an integrated deployment plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path);
- Coordinate all subject matter experts (SMEs) and workstreams to ensure aligned execution;
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve cross-functional blockers;
- Own the change management strategy (stakeholder readiness, training, adoption);
- Align with Corporate Communications (messaging and channels);
- Define and implement the KPI framework, baseline, and tracking mechanism (with Data & Analytics);
- Ensure readiness and coordination for phased deployments and go-lives.

Profile required
- 7–10+ years of project management experience (delivery-focused);
- Experience managing complex and cross-functional initiatives;
- Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills;
- Experience in transformation, system deployment, or operations;
- Knowledge of procurement / P2P / finance environments (an asset);
- Understanding of procurement category management and strategic sourcing principles;
- Change management experience;
- Bilingual in French and English.
