About the Role
We are looking for an operations professional to take ownership of inventory accuracy and warehouse coordination.
This position is responsible for ensuring inventory is received correctly, warehouse operations remain organized, and shipments are executed accurately.
You will work closely with the warehouse team every day and will be responsible for maintaining disciplined inventory processes.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Receiving
- Receive incoming inventory into the ERP system
- Verify quantities against supplier documentation
- Investigate shortages and overages
- Record damaged products
- Close supplier purchase orders
- Ensure all inventory is received within one business day
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform regular cycle counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies
- Maintain warehouse locations
- Monitor inventory accuracy
Warehouse Coordination
- Issue daily picking priorities
- Coordinate warehouse workflow
- Confirm completed shipments
- Ensure warehouse paperwork is complete
- Verify quantities shipped
Warehouse Organization
- Manage warehouse storage locations
- Remove obsolete inventory
- Monitor inventory tied to cancelled customer orders
- Improve warehouse efficiency and organization
Reporting
- Inventory accuracy reports
- Receiving backlog
- Open supplier purchase orders
- Warehouse utilization
- Inventory aging reports
Required Experience
- 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations or logistics
- Experience with ERP inventory systems
- Strong inventory reconciliation experience
- Understanding of warehouse processes
- Experience leading or coordinating warehouse staff
- Strong Excel skills
Experience in wholesale distribution or supplying major retailers is preferred.

Pay: $42,458.64-$55,796.75 per year
