We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our team. This is an existing position within our retail operations and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for fashion and eyewear, and is looking to build a rewarding career in the healthcare retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience.
- Assist customers with frame and lens selection.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Promote optical products and services.
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records.
- Process sales transactions and support daily store operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience required.
- Optical store experience is considered a strong asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and team oriented.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8-hour shifts
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must be available to work retail hours
