Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Paint Shop Painter to join team. This is a full-time position offering steady hours, opportunities for overtime, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)
- Apply paint and coatings to lumber and related materials using spray equipment and other tools
- Ensure consistent coverage and quality standards are met
- Operate and maintain paint shop equipment safely
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with general yard or shop duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous painting or industrial finishing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Experience with spray equipment is an asset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
