Summary:
We are looking for a skilled MEAN Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing end-to-end solutions for Wealth Management platforms, including customer-facing and advisor-facing digital applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for Wealth Management platforms using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js).
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
- Develop responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs supporting digital wealth journeys such as onboarding, portfolio management, transactions, and reporting.
- Collaborate within Agile product teams including engineering, product, QE, security, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to cloud-native application development using containerization technologies and adhere to enterprise cloud, security, and compliance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure production readiness through observability, scalability, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
- Work closely with QE and DevSecOps teams to embed testing, automation, and security best practices throughout the SDLC.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 8 years of full-stack development experience with strong expertise in the MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express framework.
- Strong proficiency in Angular for developing scalable, component-based front-end applications.
- Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience developing and deploying applications on cloud-native platforms using Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift.
- Exposure to Azure or hybrid cloud environments is preferred.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Experience with Git, version control, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar tools
