Total Maintenance Solution is a property maintenance company dedicated to providing high-quality services to commercial clients. We are currently seeking an experienced Landscaper Technician to join our team for the current season.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to enhance and maintain the beauty of outdoor spaces, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and other landscapes are well-kept and thriving.
Duties
- Landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Dig, plant, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Mulching and topsoil application
- Leaf and debris cleanup
- General landscaping duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous landscaping experience is recommended but willing to train the right candidate
- Must have a valid driver’s license (G-Class) with a clean driving record as you will be required to drive a company vehicle
- Proficiency in using power tools (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers) and hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Schedule & Compensation
- Seasonal position (hours may vary based on workload and weather)
- Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience
