PART-TIME SECURITY GUARD / CONCIERGEResidential Condominium – Oakville
Platinum Security Guards is currently hiring a licensed Security Guard for a high-rise residential condominium located in Oakville.
This is a part-time position consisting of:
- Friday Nights
- Saturday Nights
- Sunday Nights
Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security and concierge services in a residential condominium environment. Duties include access control, monitoring CCTV cameras, assisting residents and guests, enforcing condominium rules, maintaining logs and reports, and responding to incidents in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence Minimum 1 year of residential condominium security or concierge experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow site procedures Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Oakville Strong report-writing and computer skills
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
