【Important: Training & Location】
- Training Site: Richmond Centre (Start immediately upon hiring).
- Permanent Location: Tsawwassen Mills Mall Food Court (Starting Mid-May 2026).
【Role & Responsibilities】
- Handle noodle boiling and manage the griddle (煎台) station.
- Perform food preparation (cutting, seasoning, and organizing ingredients).
- Ensure accurate and timely plating/expediting of orders.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment following safety standards.
【Working Hours & Schedule】
- Full-Time Status: Guaranteed weekly hours.
- Shift Times:
- Weekdays: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM
- Weekends: 09:30 AM – 09:00 PM
- Requirement: Must be available to work on weekends (shift-based).
【Compensation & Perks】
- Wage: $17.85 per hour + Generous Gratuities (Tips).

【Requirements】
- Legal Status: Must have a valid Canadian Work Permit or PR/Citizenship.
- Experience: Previous kitchen or fast-food experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical: No heavy lifting required, but must be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.
