Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative with experience in indoor playground to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with clients, demonstrating products, and driving sales across various channels. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Assist customers with birthday party package selection, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure availability on the site for booking party
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases when applicable
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors
- Support inventory management and assist with stock replenishment as needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Proficiency in technology sales, product demos, and technical sales techniques
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, cash handling, and cashiering preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operations

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
