Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Provide personalized insurance consultations to clients, explaining policy options and benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach prospective customers and promote insurance products
- Assist clients with the application process, policy changes, and claims support
- Analyze client needs using analysis skills to recommend suitable insurance plans
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market outreach and brand awareness
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up, and record keeping
- Serve as a bilingual resource for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist clients and address their concerns
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Ability to conduct telemarketing campaigns confidently and professionally
