We are looking for a creative, high-energy, and trend-aware Social Media & Event Promoter to drive the digital presence and physical turnout for our upcoming events and themed nights. In this role, you will be the voice and visual curator of our brand across digital platforms, translating the energy of our physical space into premium, engaging online content.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Curation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, aesthetic short-form video (TikTok, Reels) and static content that captures the unique vibe of our events.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute promotional timelines for weekly themed nights, major event rollouts, and special guest appearances.
- Community Management: Engage actively with our audience on Instagram and TikTok—responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries to build community loyalty.
- On-Site Event Coverage: Attend key events to capture real-time, high-energy content, manage live stories, and coordinate with photographers/videographers.
- Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of algorithmic shifts, trending audio, and visual aesthetics to keep our branding fresh, minimalist, and forward-thinking.
- Outreach & Partnerships: Coordinate with local micro-influencers, brand ambassadors, and street teams to amplify event reach.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio or link to handles required). Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment promotional marketing is a massive asset.
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush) and graphic design basics (Canva or Adobe Suite).
- Aesthetic Alignment: A strong eye for premium, clean, and modern layouts. You understand how to maintain a cohesive grid and brand voice.
- Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekends and late nights to cover live events.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills for writing sharp, engaging, and culturally relevant captions.
