As our salon continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Hairstylist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, and treatments.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and hair goals.
- Recommend products and services that best suit clients' hair care needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Manage appointments efficiently while ensuring each client receives personalized care and attention.
Qualifications
- Valid Hairstylist certification/license required.
- Previous salon experience required.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow your clientele.
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and helping clients feel confident.
