Job Overview
We’re a family-owned breakfast franchise (open 7am-3pm) looking for a hands-on kitchen manager to lead our back-of-house team. This role is ideal for a strong cook who can bring consistency, organization, and accountability to a busy breakfast restaurant.
What You’ll Do
Lead, train, and support a small kitchen team.
Cook and oversee all aspects of breakfast service, including eggs, grill, and line operations.
Maintain food quality, presentation, speed, and consistency.
Communicate clearly and keep the kitchen organized during high-volume service.
Manage prep, inventory, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Create and contribute ideas for daily specials and menu features.
Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
Previous kitchen leadership experience required.
Strong breakfast, egg, and grill cooking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Food Handler Certification required (or willing to obtain).
WHMIS certification considered an asset.
Reliable, professional, and able to lead by example.
Compensation will be based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
