Guest Services Attendant – Seasonal
Shadow Mountain Golf Course is hiring Guest Services Attendants to join our team immediately through October 4, 2026.
Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Applicants must have weekday availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests
- Greet arriving golfers and assist with golf bags and cart assignments
- Stage and organize the golf cart fleet for daily operations
- Clean and wash golf carts
- Assist with driving-range duties
- Maintain guest service areas, including garbage and recycling
- Work closely with the golf shop and other departments to create an excellent guest experience
Qualifications
- Friendly, enthusiastic and comfortable interacting with guests
- Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift
- Previous golf, hospitality or customer-service experience is an asset but not required
- A valid driver’s licence is an asset but not required
