We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines Independent Business Unit. In this role, you will support our continued success and growth by delivering exceptional day-to-day service to Commercial Lines clients.
Your primary responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients, serving as their main point of contact.

Reviewing client’s current coverage and exposures,lossexperienceand analyzing risk todeterminetheir product/service requirements.

Building strong lasting relationships with clients by fully understanding theirindividual and business needs.

Efficiently and promptlymanageendorsement requests, coverage questions and other day to day inquires of clients.

Proactively working with clients on renewals, including securing updates, performing renewal reviews, andfinalizingrenewals.

Negotiation with our insuring partners for the best solutions for our clients.

Maintainingaccurateand up to date client record documentation in BMS

Assistingclients with reporting claims and acting as a liaison to ensurea high levelof client service ismaintained.

Preparing andforwardinginsurance documentation.

Managing client accounts receivables.
The Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications you’ll need to be successful in the role include:

Minimum 2 years Commercial Lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company.

R.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset.

Interpersonal, strongcommunicationand listening skills are crucial for this position.

The salary range for this replacement role is $50,000 to $70,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity.
