Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused leasing & sales agent to join our growing team. As a Sales Coordinator at Harrington, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential residents, showcasing our exceptional properties, and facilitating the leasing process. Overall Summary of Duties
The successful candidate will be the frontline leasing and marketing expert across all managed properties, responsible for lead generation and converting leads into bookings, enhancing our property management portfolio, and ensuring superior tenant interactions. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, marketing strategy, and operational efficiency, alongside administrative support to fortify our team's success.

Responsibilities
- Oversee tenant advertising, showings, and documentation to maintain 0% vacancy.
- Connect with customers for showing and viewing.
- Post on Facebook marketplace or other platforms to participate in sales in different locations.
- Conduct viewings for prospective residents, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our co-living spaces.
- Facilitate new tenant move-ins, ensuring a seamless transition and superior service.
- Identify and implement revenue-enhancing leasing and service opportunities.
- Assist potential residents in the application and leasing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our properties and leasing options.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Utilize Harrington's proprietary technology to manage leads, applications, and leases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, contributing to our B2B leasing success.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is a plus for the position.
- Experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Tech-savvy with a proficiency in using leasing and CRM software.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google office suites, with a strong grasp of social media advertising. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
