We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Caller to join our sales and customer engagement team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing client relationships through outbound calls, supporting business development efforts, and promoting our products and services. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services
- Engage in B2B sales conversations, utilizing negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Support marketing campaigns through telemarketing efforts and lead generation activities
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Assist in technical sales processes by explaining product features and benefits clearly to clients
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth
- Maintain detailed records of call activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions
Experience
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and handle customer objections professionally
- Experience in marketing or technical sales can enhance performance in this role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills
