Employee Testimonial: "When I think about it, the flexibility/work-life balance was a huge component for me to switch firms. RMP really shows that they care about their clients but also that employees should take care of themselves too. For example, having adjusted hours in the summers to regroup, but also setting realistic expectations in busy season of what you are required to do. RMP is providing lots of learning opportunities to help me grow in my career. Even though its just one office, the firm makes a point to invest to help everyone's careers grow, to build relationships, to help advance the firm, and not feel left behind in the industry!"-Emma, Tax Manager (remote), 7 months with RMP
