We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning teams and ensure our high standards of service are consistently maintained. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong leadership skills, and can effectively manage staff while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between management, cleaning staff, and clients while ensuring every property meets company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Supervise and support cleaning staff during scheduled shifts
- Provide hands-on training to new employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed
- Ensure staff arrive on time and are prepared for each assignment
- Maintain team accountability and professionalism
Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of completed cleans
- Ensure all services meet company quality standards
- Identify areas requiring improvement and communicate feedback to staff
- Resolve cleaning deficiencies quickly and effectively
- Maintain consistency across all client locations
Operations Management
- Assist with daily scheduling and staff coordination
- Fill in for cleaners when staffing shortages occur if needed
- Communicate with management regarding staffing concerns or operational issues
- Monitor supply inventory and report shortages
- Ensure proper use and care of company equipment
Client Experience
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Address client concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure exceptional service standards are upheld at all times
- Represent the company with professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications
- Previous professional cleaning experience required
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
- Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movement

Requirements
- Must currently live within the Annapolis Valley
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour
