The Bingo Caller is responsible for conducting live bingo games in an engaging, professional, and compliant manner. This role ensures all games are called accurately, clearly, and in accordance with AGCO regulations, Delta Bingo policies, and established game procedures, while delivering a positive entertainment experience for guests.
Call bingo numbers clearly, confidently, and accurately using approved equipment and procedures.
Conduct bingo games in strict compliance with AGCO standards, Delta Bingo policies, and game rules.
Verify winning cards and confirm game results accurately and promptly.
Announce game information, prizes, house rules, and special promotions as required.
Ensure all bingo equipment and materials are properly set up, used, and secured.
Create an engaging, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for guests.
Respond to customer questions regarding game play, rules, and payouts in a courteous manner.
Manage game flow efficiently to maintain pace and player enjoyment.
De-escalate minor customer issues and escalate concerns to management when required.
Follow all cash handling, prize payout, and verification procedures.
Maintain awareness of suspicious activity or irregularities and report concerns immediately.
Protect the integrity of the game at all times.
Adhere to all responsible gaming policies and practices.
Ensure personal AGCO registration remains valid and in good standing.
Work collaboratively with floor staff, supervisors, and security to ensure smooth game operations.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
Must be eligible for and maintain AGCO registration.
Strong verbal communication skills and clear speaking voice.
Comfortable speaking publicly to large groups.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
Customer-focused with a positive and engaging personality.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous bingo, gaming, or customer service experience is an asset.
On-the-job training provided.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to project voice clearly over ambient noise.
Manual dexterity to operate bingo equipment.
