Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a creative approach to pizza making. This role involves crafting our signature pizza dough using upcycled brewers grain, preparing pizzas to order, and ensuring to same consistent quality that is across all our locations. You will also be responsible for the creation of frozen products to be delivered across our other locations throughout Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:

Dough Preparation:

Craft pizza dough using upcycled brewers grain according to our proprietary recipe.

Ensure the consistency and quality of dough through precise measurements and techniques.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Pizza Making:

Prepare pizzas to order, ensuring each one meets our high standards for taste and presentation.

Experiment with new recipes and toppings to keep the menu exciting and fresh.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Quality Control & Distribution:

Oversee the production of pawesome pizza and other items for delivery to our 11 locations.

Coordinate with delivery drivers and management to ensure timely and accurate distribution.

Aid in the preparation of pizza for events and sampling

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to streamline operations.

Provide training and guidance to new team members on pizza making and dough preparation.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for menu innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar culinary role.

Strong understanding of dough preparation and baking techniques.

Passion for sustainable practices and innovative cuisine.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
