- Location: Fitness Connection - 900 Don Mills
- Hours: 5 PM – 11 PM (Weekdays) 7 AM - 1:30 PM OR 1:30 - 8 PM(Weekdays)
- Weekly Hours: 18–24 hours
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for patient records and other documents.
- Utilize computer systems to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle correspondence.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including managing mail and office supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with medical office protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications for scheduling and data management.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
