Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Building & Property Maintenance Labourer to help maintain our properties and support our construction team when maintenance work is light. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys physical work, and being outdoors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cutting grass and maintaining lawns/gardens
- General property upkeep (clean‑ups, minor repairs, keeping properties tidy)
- Assisting with basic building and property maintenance tasks
- When maintenance work slows, supporting active construction sites with general labour duties
- Helping keep job sites safe, clean, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance or construction experience OR a motivated summer student willing to learn
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Wage banding is flexible depending on experience levels.
