We are a fast-growing residential painting company looking for motivated, confident individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Marketers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, working outdoors, and earning based on performance.
About the Role As a Door-to-Door Marketer, you will be responsible for canvassing residential neighborhoods and speaking directly with homeowners about our professional painting services. Your primary objective is to generate qualified leads by booking free, no-obligation estimates with interested homeowners. You are not selling painting services on the spot. You are opening conversations and setting up appointments.
This position requires confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods by going door to door
Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
Educate homeowners on our exterior and interior painting services
Identify homeowner interest and book free estimates
Accurately record lead information and appointment details
Meet daily and weekly performance goals
Represent the company professionally at all times
