We are looking for a Part-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to work in our busy, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to adapt to change quickly. The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for tracking new appointments, greeting clients who come into the facility, scheduling repairs, answering all incoming calls, and communicating directly with customers.
Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Joh Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to schedule service appointments.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in need of service appointments.
- Determine and document customer needs/understand their reason for calling.
- Schedule service appointments by Service Advisor using Tekion scheduling system.
- Place reminder calls to customers regarding pending scheduled service appointments.
- Place follow-up calls to customers regarding recent service visit experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
- Maintain a high and consistent level of premium-brand, customer service, and WOW customers
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- One year of experience preferred.
