Job Summary: As a Fulfillment Centre Team Lead you will ensure that the process of flowing merchandise through the warehouse is smooth and efficient. Reporting into the eCommerce Fulfillment Centre Manager, you will work as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience, with a focus on inventory accuracy and process efficiency
.What you will do in this role:
- Process orders and manage store fulfillment requests
- Manage and organize customer returns
- Process defective and return to vendor merchandise
- Assist with executing in-store transfers
- Ensure records are maintained and processed in a timely manner
- Assist in picking & fulfilling orders
- Assist with receiving shipments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by participating in regular housekeeping duties
- Manage SFS (Ship-from-store)and Unable to Route Orders
- Lead and supervise a small team of fulfillment associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop receiving associates on processes, safety, and best practices.
Your Qualifications Include:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- Awesome organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ideally 1 year in a similar role
- CPR/First Aid training would be an asset
