Intermediate Accountant - Ongoing Opportunity
Recruitment Partners is always seeking new Intermediate Accountants to assist our clients in Calgary. These roles will be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career, as there are endless opportunities for advancement within accounting or across other business units!
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Handle daily transaction recordings
- Assist with month/year-end closing
- Prepare basic financial reports (income statements, balance sheets)
- Prepare credit card and bank account reconciliations
- Perform various month-end analysis
- Review variances
Your strengths include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or other relevant experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience an asset
- Preference will be given to those pursuing their CPA designation
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels throughout the organization
- Eager to learn with great communication
- Adaptable, dedicated, and strong attention to detail
