What you will be doing?
The Field Foreman will be responsible for overseeing their field crew and ensuring that the job process is running smoothly and efficiently. This position includes the coordination of field employees, vendors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsible for organizing all necessary components for a construction job. He or she provides materials, obtains necessary permits, schedule inspections, complies with all building codes and sees the project through from start to completion.
The Field Foreman will look after a crew and will be responsible for assigning duties and monitoring the progress of their workers, as well as resolving any disputes that arise. The Field Foreman will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of a project and keeping it on track and on budget.
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience in a previous foreman role.
You have at least five years' experience in plan reading survey and layout. You have knowledge of piping, steel structural installation, and knowledge in blueprint reading, mechanical equipment, cranes, and mobile equipment. You have technical knowledge of welding, steel fabrication, millwrighting and the manufacturing process.
You are a Certified Journeyman that has exceptional leadership and communication skills along with strong analytical skills and decision- making ability.
