Eligibility: This role is open only to current or former athletes who competed at the collegiate varsity level (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, U Sports, CCAA), professionally, or at the Olympic level. If you competed at that level, you already have most of what this job asks for.
The role You close. You take qualified conversations with employers, run the deal end to end, and bring them onto Free Agent to hire athletes. Your income moves with your results, which is exactly how it should work.
What you'll do
- Run discovery, demos, and closing calls with employer prospects
- Own a quota and the pipeline that feeds it
- Manage deals cleanly through the CRM from first call to signature
- Work with BDRs and partnerships to keep the top of funnel full
- Bring feedback from the market back to the team
Who you are
- A current or former athlete (see eligibility above)
- Two or more years in a closing or quota-carrying role
- You want your comp tied to your output
- Disciplined with your process and your follow-up
- Direct, clear, and hard to rattle on a call

Compensation: Base plus uncapped commission.
