JOB SUMMARY – What will you do?
Work hours: Mon-Fri (730am-330pm)
Under general supervision of and reporting into the Service Delivery Manager, the Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Crossing Guard division. , concerns or complaint as well as to assist with implementation, coordination and maintenance of an effective and comprehensive crossing guard program.
Specific Duties
- Be the first point of contact for dealing with staff complaints or concerns.
- Work with Operations Support Team to ensure proper coverage of all crosswalks.
- Assisting with ongoing investigations and supporting the Service Delivery Manager and Operations Manager assigned to Crossing Guard Division.
- Reviews daily security reports and takes appropriate action and/or follow up to ensure incidents are properly recorded, dealt with and resolved.
- Provides statistical analysis of security inspections and manage auditing as required.
- Enforce operations policies and procedures in a fair and impartial manner.
- Make recommendations for improvement to increase the effectiveness of the service delivery of the overall crossing guard program.
- Closely work with the Operations Support Team to create/adjust schedules to ensure contractually obligated services are met.
- Participate in townhall meetings on a regular basis, note taking and work with the department to provide an action plan for process improvement.
- Perform other administrative duties as required
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – What you will bring?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Technical knowledge of various software applications
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Must be self-starting and results oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and balance conflicting tasks.
- Identify gaps and deficiencies to develop solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build teamwork and strong business relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in preparing and maintaining clear, concise, and legible security reports and detailed records.
- Articulate, professional and able to communicate in clear, positive manner with clients and staff
- Must be able to complete police vulnerable check.
