Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated RV Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing recreational vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are highly valued. Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn. The position is essential for maintaining the appearance and value of our inventory, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
This position will have a flexible schedule, will be a call in as needed basis. When we get new trailers or used trailers traded in we will schedule you to clean as needed. This is not an 8-5 daily position but called in as needed and we can work around your schedule Some what also. May be a good fit for a professional cleaning Company as well!
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of RV interiors and exteriors, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Apply cleaning solutions and techniques suitable for various surfaces within the RV
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them accordingly
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the detailing process
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any specific requests or concerns from clients
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment during all cleaning procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with customers and team members
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and working in various weather conditions
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
