Holyrood Orangestore is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of the area’s busiest convenience stores.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of employees.
- Deliver exceptional customer service every shift.
- Help maintain outstanding merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory, receiving, and stock levels.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
- Support promotional programs and sales initiatives.
- Help ensure all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous retail or convenience store experience (management experience is considered an asset).
- Leads with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is dependable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Communicates effectively with customers and team members.
- Can make sound decisions and solve problems independently.
- Is comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic technology.
- Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
