Overview
We are not a big box store. We are not a warehouse with a showroom. Bishop's Outdoor Living exists because we believe something most retailers have forgotten.
Your time is the most valuable thing you have. The time you spend at home, the evenings with the people you love, the mornings that belong to you, the golden hours that slip by faster every year. Bishop's creates outdoor spaces that give that time back. Hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge, and curated outdoor living designed to make the best part of your day happen in your own backyard.
Every customer who walks through our doors has worked hard to get here. They are done compromising. They deserve expertise, guidance, and a team that actually cares whether they end up with the right product for their life. That is the standard we hold ourselves to. And that is the standard this role is part of upholding.
When you join Bishop's, you are not just filling a position. You are joining a team that believes deeply in what it sells and why it exists. The people we hire are the reason our customers trust us. That trust is something we take seriously every single day.

- Warranty Registration: Officially register hot tub warranties with the manufacturers immediately following a sale/delivery to protect the customer and the store.
3. Service & Warranty Administration
- Claims Processing: Submit repair work orders and manage the end-to-end warranty claim process with manufacturers to ensure the store is reimbursed for labor and parts.
- Parts Sourcing: Assist the service team with ordering and locating specific parts, using technical diagrams and manufacturer portals.
4. Furniture Delivery Coordination
- Logistics Lead: Manage and coordinate outgoing backyard furniture deliveries, ensuring delivery teams and customers are aligned on schedules and requirements.
